I've Found the BEST WF GF Bread!

We’ve all heard the expression: “The best thing, since sliced bread?” Today I’m writing to tell you about THE BEST sliced, wheat-free, gluten-free bread I have ever tasted, that I KNOW you are going to want to get your hands on!

I’ve Tossed A Lot of Gluten-Free Breads

I don’t know about you, but I’ve tossed out more wheat-free, gluten-free breads over the years than I care to count. I’m not even sure the squirrels in my backyard have bothered to eat the remnants that I’ve tossed. So many of the WF GF breads that I’ve sampled have tasted either too dry, fibrous, and unpleasantly chewy, or they’ve tasted like starch held together with glue.

What Are Most of the WF GF Breads Made from Anyway?

·

The fibrous, wheat free, gluten free bread brands often boast in their advertisements that they are prepared from dozens of grains and seeds, some of which are sprouted. Unfortunately, many of them end up with a rubbery texture that resembles amalgamated sawdust.

·

The starchy white gluten-free and wheat-free bread brands, on the other hand, are usually prepared with just one grain, such as processed rice, which is then turned into a bread like amalgam using tapioca starch, as well as gums and fillers are added. Unfortunately, these types of starch are famous for elevating blood sugar in the body, which, in turn, can lead to body wide inflammation, and even weight gain around the middle!

I’ll Never Toss another Loaf of WF GF Bread Again

Well, today, I’m happy to tell you that I won’t ever be tossing out another WF GF bread imposter, because I’ve found the ideal replacement for each and every one of them! I’ve found what I believe is the healthiest, tastiest, bread ever, in three delicious flavors, that are baked fresh daily and shipped on the same day, by a company in Burlington North Carolina, known as “Simple Kneads.”

Meet the Maker of Simple Kneads Artisan Style Breads

Simple Kneads (I love the company’s name!) was created by a man named Tristaun Le Claire, a whole foods expert, whose son developed an allergic reaction to gluten when he was a young child. Like me, and many others, Tristaun was frustrated by the lack of healthy, good tasting wheat-free gluten-free breads sold in grocery stores and coops in the US, and he set out on a mission to create one. Lucky for you, and me, and the rest of the population, he created not just one, but three artisan style multi-grain breads, including a Sourdough bread, a Quinoa Power Grains bread, and a Pumpernickel bread.

Real Ingredients, Real Bread, Real Delicious!

Each of the three breads has something in common with the others. They are all made from a skillfully blended combination of millet, sorghum, buckwheat, quinoa, and teff flours. These are the ancient super food grains that have a rich a history of nourishing people and cultures around the world for centuries. The breads are fortified and texturized with flax seeds (which are a rich source of fatty acids), sunflower seeds, (which supply protein) and psyillum seed (which adds fiber and moisture to the bread.) There are no eggs or fillers in the bread, only sunflower seed oil, along with a hint of sea salt, herbs, and raisin juice. A single slice has around 90 "healthy" calories.

Honestly, this is bread “the way “good bread” is meant to taste!”

Make Your Taste Buds Happy! Try Simple Kneads Breads!

Simple Kneads Sourdough: This naturally cultured sourdough bread is light in texture, and moist inside with an artisan style crust, and makes a great sandwich bread or toast. Anything you can think of to put on bread would taste great on this sourdough variety. It offers to be a great choice for making French toast or grilled cheese sandwiches.

Simple Kneads Quinoa Power: Like the sourdough bread, which is naturally cultured, this bread has a slightly nutty flavor. It’s the perfect table bread, served with soups, salads, and spreads. Try it with zuchinni parmesan pate, or non-dairy spreads such as hummus, or herb-flavored nut and seed “mock cheese.” It also offers to be a great breakfast toast, sprinkled with cinnamon spice, and drizzled with honey.

Simple Kneads Pumpernickel: This bread has a true pumpernickel appeal. It’s infused with caraway herb, carob powder (mineral rich), and pumpkin seeds, which are a rich source of protein and zinc. Try topping this bread with ricotta cheese and honey, or goat cheese and jam, or sausage and sauerkraut, or creamed cheese and smoked salmon, or eggs and spinach, or cinnamon butter, sliced pears and toasted nuts.

Never Feel Deprived Again!

If you (or someone you know) has gluten sensitivity or intolerance (as millions of people do…) and you feel deprived because you can’t eat breads made with wheat, rye, oats, and barley, etc., these non-glutinous breads will have you dancing on the top of your dining table! Your bread-loving friends might even have “bread envy” when they hear you talk about these loaves! Maybe it’s time to order some, and share this famous “comfort food” with them! Just so you know...a case of 4 loaves is only $34.99 (includes express delivery) and you can get a combo of the three flavors, if desired. We Thrift is offering coupons this month for 25% off and 10% off the loaves. Go here, to get the deal: https://www.wethrift.com/simple-kneads
